Recently I had a thought. For those of you that have been hanging around this blog for awhile, you've watched not only me grow up, but you're also watching my son grow up. And maybe that's obvious but something about that struck me as fairly incredible recently.
I started blogging a few months before I got engaged to B. And I've blogged consistently through my wedding, pregnancy, and now as a mother. Blogging is a lot of things, and not always good. But this, if you ask me, is one of the good things. Being able to share my life, the good and the bad, the tough and the wonderful, with a large number of people who I will likely never meet in real life and who still give an incredible amount of support to me and my family is one of the aspects about blogging that make it all worth it.
There isn't really a point to this post other than to say thank you for being here, for watching me grow up and navigate my life, and for always being supportive and kind. Kindness is often hard to find on the Internet, but you guys have it in spades.
